FAQs

Are you insured?

I am fully insured with Public & Product Liability, Portable Equipment and Professional Indemnity. Proof of insurance can be provided on request.

Do you require a deposit?

I require a deposit on all of my services, with the amount depending on the type of service. The deposit amount will be discussed with you during the enquiry process. All deposits are non-refundable.

Do you require a contract to be signed?

All wedding bookings require a contract to be signed upon booking. This is a formality and validates my insurance, which venues require. If you have any questions regarding this, please do let me know.

How do you return the photos?

Photos are returned via my secure online gallery. My online gallery is password secured, with a password set for each of my galleries. When you receive your photos, you will get a private link and password to access your gallery. You can share this with family and friends, having peace of mind that your photos are secure. Photos can be downloaded an unlimited number of times.

 

All galleries will be closed 3 months after they have been sent. You will receive a reminder before the closure date to download your photos before the gallery closes.

How long does it take to get the photos back?

Depending on which service you book can depend on how quickly you get your photos back.

 

Mini sessions (cake smashes, outdoor shoots,
brand shoots, etc)

24 hour to 3 day turn around

 

Weddings

Previews take up to 48 hours. Full gallery up to 4 weeks
